11am – Norfolk LGBT+ History Club Steve Lunnis: protesting Section 28 (Second Floor, Millennium Library)
Steve was involved in the ‘Stop the Clause’ campaign at the time, appearing with Sir Ian and Michael Cashman on several TV programmes.
12.15 – Spaces to Flourish – Realities of LGBTQ+ Culture in Schools (Second Floor, Millennium Library)
Join Lunnis, Nick Obrien, and a representative from Unison for a discussion about Section 28, its parallels and what it means today.
